The Process.

Once you’ve contacted us, learned about our products and projects, and are ready to start your project with us, we will follow the next process:

01. Zoning

To verify whether a Technoblox model can be placed on your property, you must contact your city’s or county’s Planning and Zoning/Development Department for a Parcel Report.

Please note that our type of construction may have different requirements and restrictions. It’s important to let us know all the requirements in advance so we can plan how to obtain the necessary construction permits when we are ready to apply for them.

Additionally, you should be aware of other restrictions that may apply, such as setback requirements, access (driveways), parking regulations, aesthetics, structure type, and more.

02. Sketching your ideas!

Bring along any, information, drafts, or sketches of your idea or project, and we’ll see how we can bring it to life! To kick off our journey, we’ll need you to fill out a Project Form. This helps us understand all the details your project requires and ensures nothing gets overlooked during the design process. Don’t worry—it’s just a few short pages. We hate paperwork too!

03. Meet our team!

In a 30-minute meeting, our team will explain the successes and challenges we anticipate during the development of your project. We’ll discuss the best way to proceed and provide an estimate of the costs based on your project area. Success is just around the corner if you decide to continue the journey with us!

04. First design mockup

Our team will send you our vision and general ideas about your project. We’ll adapt your thoughts and all the information you’ve shared with us to our technology, giving you a glimpse of how wonderful your project will look once it’s completed.

05. Financing (optional)

Now that you have an idea of the cost of your project, it’s time to explore financial assistance options. If there is anything we can do to support you during this search, just let us know.

06. Foundation

Our expertise lies in our modules as the structural main part and the wide architectural design spectrum they offer. However, for the design and construction of your foundation, we recommend consulting with a local geotechnical engineer. If there are any questions about our structures, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to help!

07. Design feedback.

We understand that the first design mockup may need some adjustments to align with your views and thoughts. Don’t worry! We can schedule a 40-minute meeting for you to explain your requirements. From there, leave the work to us! Finally, you will receive the blueprints tailored to your needs.

08. Final Design

Once you receive your blueprints, if there are still details you want to include in your project, you’re right on time! Share any final changes or additional details with us, and our team will create the final package of blueprints for you. At this point, we will also receive the final payment for your project so we can start production.

09. Building permitting guidance

Our engineers will use the final design and all the gathered information to produce the necessary documentation for obtaining your local building permit. Meanwhile, our factory will be preparing your order with the highest quality and attention to detail.

10. On the way!

We are nearing the end of the production process, and your product will soon be delivered to your project location.

11. Heads up your construction!

Now that your unit has arrived, your builder can begin assembling it! If you need any assistance, don’t worry, our team is here to help. Be sure to take pictures and videos at every step and of the result so we can have a complete photographic story of the construction! In a few days, you can live an ecologically tailored experience.
