Tawa Holdings, an American-based company, is a proud holder of the innovative Technoblox technology inspired by the visionary work of Architect Jorge Castillo and his Casa Mara and subsequent projects and is committed to transparency and integrity. Castillo’s concept, which integrates archetypes of Indigenous housing such as the churuata, has been transformed and re-engineered by Technoblox into a patented construction system. This system boasts versatile applications, from housing and vacation rentals to controlled-environment systems for growing human and animal food.
Recently, we have observed some misunderstandings regarding two organizations we have no association with the now-defunct Green Magic Homes and the Mexican concern using Wonderful Structures. Setting the record straight and providing the public with accurate information is imperative.
Green Magic Homes was controlled by two majority shareholders, Gustavo Santander and Kurt Blake. Santander and Blake commanded Green Magic Homes’ fundamental policies and finances. In March 2023, four minority shareholders resigned as officers and repudiated their Green Magic Homes shares.
To ensure that anyone using the “Green Magic Homes” name cannot victimize the public, Tawa Holdings purchased exclusive rights to the name and technology through court proceedings known as an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors. The persons doing business as “Wonderful Structures” have no right to use “Green Magic Homes” technology or trade names.
